Greeters
If you have a heart and love for people this ministry is for you. we are looking for outgoing personalities to welcome our visitors and members alike. Our greeters nned to have knowledge of where everything is located and when it happens. Greeters need to be available inside and outside of the sanctuary to be of help for anyone that needs it. This is an opportunity to serve others in a special way. This ministry also allows those involved to share their love for Christ and for First Christian by their attitude and willingness to serve.
Communion Preparation
We need volunteers willing to prepare communion for our services every Sunday. This ministry is very important to us because of the significance of the Lord's Supper. Having a servant's heart is all that is requires for this ministry.
Servers
This ministry includes the serving of the Lord's Supper and the collection of the tithes and offerings every Sunday. We need en that are willing to dserve for each of our morning worship services. From time to time we also need men to bring a meditation for communion or offering. It is neccessary to be a member of First Christian Church of Winter Park to participate in this ministry.
Powerpoint/Sound Technician
Maybe your gift is not in music, but rather in a technological role. we are always looking for indivduals that have a desire to serve in this capacity.
We need people to operate our projection ministry which uses Media Shout. Training is available to anyone that might be interested. This ministry also would be responsible for PowerPoint presentations and all types of media that would be used to support of services.
Sound Technicians are needed to oversee all of our needs for the praise team, praise band, soloist and ensembles for the worship hour on Sundays. There are positions avaliable to help with Junior Worship in the same capacity. We are looking for individuals that are prompt and responsible to their commitment to serve in this ministry. Training would be available at various time during the year.
