Choir
If you love to praise God through song, then this ministry is for you. Everyone is welcome. The only requirement is that you will be dedicated to attending the rehearsals and the times the choir will be scheduled to sing for the worship services. It servers as a small group ministry that has a great time in fellowship and provides a powerful enhacement to our worship service.
The choir has focused on the Easter and Christmas Cantatas this past year, working diligently for these performances. We have included some of the local sister congregations in performing the cantatas and what a blessing it has been to join in fellowship with our fellow sister and brothers in Christ. There will be announcements made in regard to start of practices for the cantatas. There is no requirement to be in the choir to participate.
Soloists and Small Esembles
While this a smaller percentage of people, there is always a need for an accomplished soloist or small esnsemble to minister in our worship experince. Our services are themed based, so specific voices and songs are selected for certain times. Auditions are required to participate in this ministry.
Praise Team
Each week we use vocalist and instrumentalists to assist in congregational singing. Our teams practice on a weekly basis, and learn new praise songs and humns to be used in our worship sevices.
Instrumentalists
Whether in worship or Chidren's/Youth ministry, there is a need for those willing to help accompany music leaders. Whether its piano, guitar, drums, keyboards, harp, wind, or brass there is a place for you in this ministry. Auditions would be required for placement in this ministry.
