Men
We exist to equip, encourage, and provide men spiritual direction towards becoming Godly husbands, fathers, and spiritual leaders of their families, church, and community, as set by the example of Jesus Christ.
Our ministry consists of men who enjoy great fellowship, good food, and an occasionsal group - effort workday. The first Saturday of the month, the men of the church come to the Fellowship Hall at 8:00am and enjoy a hearty breakfast and a timely, though-provoking devotion and prayer time. This monthly observance affords the men in our congregation an opportunity to come together to strengthen and encourage one another in our faith. Periodically, we stay afterwards and tackle some jobs around the church facility and grounds. We would encourage every man in our church, or even those visiting, to be a part of this monthly event. Check our monthly calendar for special men's studies offered throughout the year.

Elders & Deacons
These two organizations are made up of biblically qualified men who meet the qualifications laid out in 1 Timothy 3. These men are selected by the leaders and minister of the church and put before the congregation for approval. The duties of a decon are to care for the physical needs of the church from assisting families in need to distributing communion to those in the hospital or nursing homes, as well as providing transportation for our shut-ins.
Acts 6:3 "Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them..." The elders are the "over-seers" or shepherds of the flock (church family). They help govern the church and maintain close relations with the church body as well as the ministerial staff. I Timothy 3:1 "This is a true saying, if a man desires the office of an elder, he desires a good work."
